Team Stream provides language access services including interpreting, live captioning, translation, and voiceover solutions for events, meetings, and media content.

2. Service Booking & Scheduling

• All service requests must be confirmed in writing or via signed agreement

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled event may incur a cancellation fee

• Late payments may be subject to interest charges or service interruptions

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their event needs

• Supply necessary materials (e.g., scripts, glossaries) in advance

• Ensure technical readiness (especially for remote services)

• Abide by copyright laws when submitting audio or video materials

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and service processes remain the intellectual property of Team Stream unless otherwise stated. Clients may not reproduce or distribute materials without prior consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Team Stream is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, client-side tech failures). Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

6. Confidentiality

Team Stream and its subcontractors agree to maintain confidentiality for all client-related materials and communication, unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
